▪ Responsible to develop and maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
▪ The detailed schedule includes all project phases and dependencies including at least preliminary engineering, site visits, detailed design, installation, test and turn up, and site installation and acceptance.
▪ Track tenant shop-fitting activities from concept design to shop opening ensuring all milestones are achieved.
▪ Liaise with contractors/subcontractors, RDT and Mall Facilities Management.
▪ Ensure coordination in RDT Meetings, Tenant and Contractors meeting.
▪ Administer project documentation including Tenant drawing submission and Tenant variation request.
▪ Prepare and update Floor Plans/LODs and get approval of RDT.
▪ Interact with Tenant designer to develop and complete retail stand designs.
▪ Administer day to day coordination of project till final completion.
▪ Monitor the contractor's ability to achieve trade dates through setting and following up of a realistic time frame.
▪ Coordinate meetings, site handover and contractor site access.
▪ Ensure that all installation of Promotional stand/kiosk and event setup are delivered on time and to a high degree of quality finish.
▪ Create/deactivate unit codes as per business needs.
▪ Maintain Project/Event and promotion calendars.
▪ Coordinate store openings, closure and promotional/event set up in the mall.
▪ Responsible to achieve safe, consistent, compliant and excellent delivery of FM Services (direct and sub contracted) in accordance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
▪ Provide costing for project work, make proposals and carry out additional out of scope services on site.
▪ Responsible for planning activities related to the project in accordance with contract specifications and quality.
▪ Liaise with Clients to discuss site issues, attend client meetings and monthly KPI Meetings for site performance and maintaining SLAs.
▪ Considering and ensuring quality management, budget targets and programmed constraints imposed by FM and the Client.
