  • Ensures that all services are provided fully and properly as per the contractual SLAs. (maintain KPIs to 98 parentage at minimum)
  • Ensures that all contractual KPIs are achieved. Analyzes client’s scoring against KPIs and arranges for appropriate action accordingly.

Working as Solution Engineer to Provide Technical Support in MEP (HVAC & Electrical& Specialized System BMS) Division for Various Projects.
