Duties & Responsibilities:

• Liaison between sub-contractors and precast specialists and other domain scope

• Controlling Precast works at project including fabrication, erection, and finishing.

• Conducting Internal and Contractor Audits.

• Coordinating with Quality Manager for the timely submission of all Quality Documentation / Deliverables

• Preparation Inspection Test Plan / Check sheets and ensuring approval from Client

• Ensure the implementation of the company and project Quality System / Plan

• Ensuring all inspections are done as per Inspection and Test Plan / Contract and that these are documented on pre-defined formats/ check sheets. Ensuring incoming materials are inspected, as approved, and stored properly as recommended.

• Ensure proper interaction and co-ordination with Client, Site Laboratory and Site Team for project co-ordination.

• Ensuring all Quality requirements are understood by site personnel / workmen and subcontractors and providing training in the quality systems and skill functions necessary.

• Ensuring all valid documentation / contract documents are being used on site

• Carrying out regular surveillance inspections for activities on site and that of Subcontractors

• Monitoring Non-Conformance’s and following up with site team for close out.

Ensuring corrective / preventive actions are taken to avoid repetitions of non- conformance.

• Prepare where necessary, statistical data which will show quality trends.

• Responsible for reviewing all quality records on site and retaining them in handover files.
