• Review Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing drawings of site in case of technical issues and assist on-site team to troubleshoot issues.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems, equipment, and utilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and facility improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, and security systems.
• Develop and implement energy management programs to optimize facility operations and reduce utility costs.
• Coordinate between client and subcontractors to complete critical tasks as per scope and safety guidelines.
• Ensure Statutory tracker is up to date for all AMC assets.

• Request for Quotation (RFQ) management: Prepare RFQ documents, including technical specifications and commercial terms. Distribute RFQs to potential suppliers and manage the quotation process, including evaluation and negotiation.
• Supplier relationship management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication, addressing any issues or concerns, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cost analysis and cost-saving initiatives: Conduct cost analysis for procurement activities and identify opportunities for cost reduction and savings.
• Contract negotiation and management: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, considering factors such as pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Inventory management: Collaborate with inventory control teams to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and avoid stockouts. Coordinate with suppliers to manage lead times, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment.
• Market research and supplier development: Stay updated with market trends, new technologies, and industry developments relevant to the organization's procurement needs. Identify potential new suppliers and evaluate their suitability for future partnerships.

• Design and implement manufacturing processes: Develop efficient production methods, layouts, and workflows to meet production goals, considering factors such as cost, quality, and safety.
• Continuous process improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning optimally.
• Production planning and scheduling: Collaborate with production planners to develop production schedules and capacity plans. Monitor production progress, analyze bottlenecks, and make adjustments to meet deadlines and customer demands.
• Quality control and assurance: Implement quality control procedures and inspection protocols to maintain product quality standards.
