Cross selling products of to the customers like auto insurance, pay protect, and credit card upgrades Taking Escalation calls for customer and providing End to End resolution to customer and getting approvals from Product team. Handling supervisor call backs assigned by TL's. Handling Limo Booking services and Golf Booking service which is provided by Platinum elite credit card and Mashreq Solitaire Credit card.
