  • Follow up with customer and Accounts department for the receipt of payments and L/C to ensure that the fund has been received on time as per the payment terms,
  • Maintain and update timely and accurately Sales Track sheets.
  • Customer complaint registration, escalation and responds to customer with adequate corrective and preventive actions
