For nearly 200 years, ARC Middle East LLC is a glass manufacturing company based in Ras Al Khaimah, Arc Middle East founded in 1996 has its headquarters in France.
  • Responsible for the timely execution of Order to Cash process for customers using SAP
  • Receive, prepare and record all order as per KPI
  • Monitor open orders daily and make sure they are shipped
  • Follow up enquiries and quotations
  • Ensure return credits are processed accurately and in a timely basis
  • Coordinate and manage all relevant Master Data like Customer Ship-to Address, prices, etc. in SAP together with Demand Control and Sales Managers to ensure smooth processing of orders
  • Maintain good customer relations by efficient handling of orders/queries either by telephone, mail, fax or e-mail
  • Liaise with marketing for new product availability
  • Identify customer needs and ensure the company is represented in a business-like manner at all times
  • Prepare the required report to make sure correct visibility is given to management
  • Responsible for accurate execution of commercial terms of customer contracts (bank guarantees, Letters of Credit, INCOTERMS, Export Control Issues, payment terms, insurance)
  • Support customers for product selection & new development based on customer enquiry
  • Ensure product pricing is maintained and updated in system
  • Inform customer delivery date, freight (CFR) and Vessel schedules etc
  • Follow up with customer and Accounts department for the receipt of payments and L/C to ensure that the fund has been received on time as per the payment terms
  • Maintain and update timely and accurately Sales Track sheets.
  • Customer complaint registration, escalation and responds to customer with adequate corrective and preventive actions
