I am a highly motivated individual, who works well as part of a team and am equally confident in my own judgment with over 12 years of experience with IT Hospitality industry. Oversees IT technology by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. Instructs and leads IT staff members in support of hardware, software and networking infrastructure.
· Report to director and work with the team
· Making technical / operational decisions based on guest request and service recovery
· Provide IT support to hotel colleagues. This includes PCs, printers, phones, and all applications
· Collaborate with software and hardware vendors in the installation and deployment of the applications and systems in the hotel.
· Fully Responsible for GALAXY Ticketing system, Micros, Opera and most of the hotel applications
· Responsible for taking daily and monthly tap backups and restore
· Maintaining the Inventory of all IT equipment.
