Civil Engineering graduate with 7+ years of combined experience in oil & gas and construction, including 1.5 years as a Site Engineer and 5.5 years as a Catalog Coordinator specializing in multi-discipline materials. Proven expertise in Oracle ERP material master data management, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination for electrical, instrumentation, piping, drilling, IT, safety, and consumable materials. Skilled in stock control, data standardization, and technical validation, ensuring operational efficiency and cost savings in supply chain processes.
Manages and standardizes material master data for a wide range of oil & gas materials — including electrical, instrumentation, piping, IT equipment, safety gear, drilling tools, and general consumables — within Oracle ERP. Works closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure catalog accuracy, optimal stock levels, and smooth material availability across all disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Material Master Data & Cataloging
• Create, update, and maintain Oracle ERP material master records for multi-discipline materials, ensuring accurate descriptions, units, part numbers, and technical specifications.
• Apply classification standards (UNSPSC, HS codes) and consistent naming conventions across all material categories.
• Eliminate duplicate and obsolete materials, ensuring a clean and efficient catalog database.
Multi-Discipline Inventory Management
• Handle cataloging and stock control for electrical parts, instrumentation components, piping spares, IT hardware, safety equipment, drilling tools, and consumables.
• Set and adjust minimum/maximum stock levels based on usage patterns and lead times.
• Coordinate with technical teams to validate specifications before material creation.
Supply Chain Coordination
• Liaise with Procurement to ensure precise and complete item descriptions for vendor sourcing.
• Collaborate with Warehouse for stock accuracy, bin locations, and cycle count schedules.
• Support Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams in identifying and sourcing correct spare parts.
Reporting & Data Quality
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure catalog accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Generate inventory health reports (consumption trends, slow-moving items, excess stock alerts).
• Link datasheets, engineering drawings, and MSDS to relevant items for easy reference.
Site Engineer – Housing, College & Road Projects
• Supervised construction activities for residential, educational, and road projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinated with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitored material usage, site progress, and safety compliance, supporting efficient project execution.
• Reviewed engineering drawings and prepared site reports for management and procurement teams.
