Facility Operation:

• Follow energy saving guideline to achieve maximum saving for facility
• Manage and follow implementation of project inside facility
• Control and manage maintenance operation expenses in line with facility budget
• Maintain all mechanical, electrical, fire and safety equipment inside facility
• Managing several technical team group of seven staff
• Managing and control yearly CAPEX value around 2.5 million in different stores
• Managing and control maintenance operation for several offline stores and fulfillment center

Business Development:

• Bringing in new opportunities to the facilities management
• Overlooking facilities management contracts
• Experienced with tender proposals
• Preparing cost estimations and reduction for the proposals
• Participate in devolving new facility system software for organization
• Duty in role: Managing different Hypermarket and supermarket stores in Dubai emirates

Responsibilities and duty:

• Projects:
• Prepared HVAC and MEP design system for several projects
• Get approval for projects from regular authorities
• Distribute tasks and duty on team as per work requirement
• Do site inspection and prepare quotation as per tender and client requirement

Business Development:

• Experience with tender proposal
• Follow up annual maintenance agreement with client
• Develop maintenance organization and structure
• Bringing new ideas to develop organization
