ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Structural design of various types of pipe rack, pipe support, Shelters & substation buildings & get approval from Discipline Lead Engineers.
• Get approval from Lead Engineers for design, drawing and document related works.
• Giving inputs to designers to draft the drawings with perfection.
• Well Experienced in various types of foundations for Buildings, Shelters, Sunshades, Pipe racks etc.
• Liaise with members of other disciplines and departments in the design process as required to finalise his designs.
• Preparing material take-offs/Bills of Quantities (MTOs/BOQ) for his work scope as directed by supervising staff.
• Preparing / Checking of Calculations, General Arrangement & Detail Drawings and MTO.
• Co-ordination with other disciplines, Project engineers & site for civil inputs, schedules and related issues.
• Attending Client meetings & model reviews.
• Reviewing Mechanical Vendor drawings for Structural Adequacy Data.
• Reviewing & checking 3D Model, GA,RFI & detailed drawings using Navis works and other softwares.
• Aware of all codes related to oil and gas industry such as American, British and European codes.

• Structural designing for the various types of steel and concrete structures, showroom & buildings & get approval from municipality.
• Analysis of steel & concrete structures in Staadpro, Etabs and deciding suitable size of the steel and concrete members such as beams, columns, slab and footing.
• Civil related inspections as per specification, design and approved materials. (Ex: Concrete Reinforcement, steel section etc.)
