- Handing over to MEP Works while we are fixing the rebars and submitting MEP clearances for closing the shutter.
- Applying the releasing agent for Frame panels and cleaning with cloths for concrete surface smooth finishing.
- Completing the checking of shutter alignment and supports and Getting approval from CIVIL& MEP consultant for concrete casting.
- Before casting the concrete ensuring grade of concrete and top levels for concrete casting.
- Levels for avoiding the chipping and concrete wastage and casting the proper vibration and rubber hammering avoiding the honeycomb and air holes in the concrete surface.
- Ensuring the De shuttering within 24 hours and starting the next level slab decking and fixing and assembling the core wall Jump form system.
- Casted the slab 4 days cycles each floor and pushing the contractors for achieving the daily targets.
- Pushing the contractors for completing the minor structural elements of up stand staircase and parapet walls before shifting the materials from that floor for avoiding the timing managements and manpower.
- After slab decking de shuttering immediately starting surface preparation and handing over to the block work team and MEP team for finishing works.
- Executions of civil works as per the drawing. Including block work, Plaster, Ceramic tiles wall and floors, Marble cladding works, Vanity counter and all Finishing works.
- Fixing the dry wall partition and gypsum ceiling grid installation and Submitting MEP clearance.
- Ceiling and wall painting works and ceiling metal tile installation and wallpaper finishing in worked 3 types of conventional ceiling, suspended ceiling, and tray ceiling.
- Responsible to carry out the architectural inspection for the material for starting finishing works.
- Work through approved IFG drawing and WIRs and MIR according with contract specification.
- Project: The CREST and GRANDE. Consultant: PNC. The Crest is a new residential project in Sobha Hartland, which is in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, and it's a three internally connected towers and each tower is different levels.
