• Design Expertise: Collaborate with consultants to improve designs and select cost-effective solutions by thoroughly analyzing multiple brands and product datasheets. ability to build accurate and competitive proposals using CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and other pricing tools.
• Risk Analysis: Identify and mitigate project risks from the outset, creating a comprehensive risk-mitigation plan.

• Client Requirements: Understand and gather exact client needs for Security and Extra Low Voltage Systems.
• Compliance Expertise: Design systems adhering to SIRA Dubai, ADMCC, RGA, NFPA, and UAE Civil Defense regulations.
• AutoCAD Design: Utilize AutoCAD for efficient Security System design, aiming for customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
• Communication Hub: Act as a central point for information exchange between clients and the team, including technical details and decision-making responsibilities.

• Onsite Installation: Install CCTV, Building Intercom, and VDP systems on-site.
• Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings, conduct site visits, and propose improved ELV systems to enhance customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Product Improvement: Provide feedback-based recommendations for product and process enhancements.
• Customer Retention: Contribute to retaining and satisfying the customer base, ensuring preference for our company over competitors, and maintaining AMC contracts through professional documentation and after-sales service.
• Recorded daily events and activities in site diary to evaluate process and improve productivity.
