Participate in all commercial meetings

Maintain and streamline all cost and quantity records.

Prepare Daily Progress Report and Daily Production reports.

Evaluate the unit rates for new work items

Prepare New rate and Prepare Variation Orders for new Works.

Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts

Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations Orders

Coordinate with Site engineers for Daily progress

Auditing of payments to Subcontractors.

Reconciliation of materials and works executed during the month

Supply all relevant information to the Contracts Manager for review

Monitoring work progress and follow up missed Inspection Request

Review and approval of Subcontractor bills and invoices
