• Supervise all activities of the project and ensure compliance with all drawings and specifications and identify all errors in plans and ensure optimal working
• Evaluate the variations and claims, cost impact, and time impact
• Review Project tender, Project cost, progress payments…

• Review the shop drawings and coordinate them in line with the project drawings and project specifications
• Review all the structural, Architectural, and MEP IFC drawings and raise any discrepancies to the designer before issuing the drawings for construction
• Issued all the letters related to the project (Nomination letters, Notice of Delays, Coordination letters…
• Etc) to avoid any further delays and to achieve the project objectives
• Coordinate with all teams (Civil, MEP, and Architect) to manage and finish all the critical activities as per the project baseline program.

• Act as a site civil inspector for construction work with excellent experience in the work of all interior finishing of the building such as Block, Plaster, Ceramic, Paint, False ceiling, Aluminum, Joinery, and ironmongery works.... etc.
• Ensure that all the construction work meets the stipulated quality standards.
• Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
• Report to the Project Manager on any deficiencies in the operation of the Quality Management & Control System.
• Site inspection for civil works which includes structural & finishing works to Ensure that the work is as per the Project Specifications.

• Act as a site engineer for construction work with excellent experience in the work of all interior finishing of the building like Block, Plaster, Ceramic, Paint, False ceiling, Aluminum, Joinery, and ironmongery works
• Good experience in dealing with suppliers and knowledge of matters relating to quotations and purchase orders
• Checking the approval & method of statement for each material used at the site.
