Company Overview: First-hand experience in Das Island Process, Utilities & Crude oil Storage and Export operations.
Take charge of on the job development programs for the newly ADNOC Technical Institute and university graduates in my section (ATA Trainees EPE /and Employees) Competency Assurance/Management System and arrange, attend assessment meetings when required.
Conduct classroom training one to one for juniors ATA trainees whenever required.
Preparing and delivering needed training materials and manuals and assist in preparing PDP and follow up.
Conduct Assessments and verifications for process trainees.
Help the team in monitoring the progress of developees to avoid unnecessary delays.
Participate in the implementation of both ATA trainees and employees' OJT (On the Job Training) programs in my team.
Participation with site OJT training personnel in regards to trainees' final assessment.
Prepare & update plant operating and training procedures with on-site Training Department and conducting familiarization courses for the company’s visitors.
Train and develop the assigned trainees with the required relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective operation team objectives.
Supervises and control the work of assigned personnel engaged in the adjustment and balancing of panels production units ensuring plants are operating efficiently, safely and economically.
Takes necessary measures to deal with planned and unforeseen fluctuations, checks flares, keeps concerned persons within production and other related areas informed of changes and, when necessary obtains permission for implementation.
Meets oil production and ADGAS gas supply requirements.
Assists in proving the crude oil export and Bunduq production meters in liaison with Supreme Petroleum Council representatives.
Utilities plant: consisting of Industrial Steam Generation, Sea Water Desalination units, Inert Gas Generation, Instrument Air Generation.
Oil storage & loading terminals, due to my experience, I was part of the team that made plant start/stop procedures, training materials for newcomers and Junior operators and attended HAZID/HAZOP sessions for new future plant.
First-hand experience in Das Island Process, Utilities & Crude oil Storage and Export operations.
