• Risk Champion for implementation of Risk Management Process, tracking implementation of Risk action plans, Top risks appraisals with site management, development of new and emerging Business Risks on regular intervals.
• Carry out periodic performance reporting of various business activities, variance analysis against the performance contract 'Scorecard', and advise management on progress and report concerns.
• Develop additional scorecards and key performance indicators (KPIs) in support of performance analysis against the company performance scorecard.
• Act as a focal point for the coordination of the divisional scorecard preparation and strategic initiatives planning and tracking within the Ruwais Plant Division.
• Prepare documents, presentations and submissions relating to Division Technical Issues (TOM), Risk Management Reviews outcomes (DRMC), Audit Reports and outcomes(AAD) and other management meetings.
• Act as a Management representative for implementation of quality Management system at the Division and coordinate various internal and external audits.

NGL Plant at Ruwais and Sulphur Division

• Conduct Integrity studies and Remaining Life Assessment (RLA) studies for piping and equipment with corrosion problems.
• Lead and participate in RCA of equipment with unanticipated damages, outages and develop both short- and long-term strategies to avoid recurrence.
• Extend technical support for basic design reviews, equipment repair schemes and re-rating activities, NDT specifications as per applicable codes & standards.
• Utilize IMS- Meridium software for preparing Inspection Reports, Thickness trending and Corrosion analysis for piping and equipment.
• Lead external and internal quality and technical integrity systems Audits and prepare audit reports. Manage & maintain the Divisional Quality Management Systems.
• Participate and conduct Unit RBI assessments and revalidation studies, integrate inspection history to re-define corrosion loops and piping groups.
• Develop yearly RBI based inspection plans using RBI software, Manage/conduct internal and external inspection activities.
• Prepare shutdown and refurbishment scope of works, coordinate with NDT contractors for inspection tasks execution, reports review, approval, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain and monitor Integrity Actions Tracking system (thru SAP) arising from various in-house and third-party audits. Enter Division & Department's mitigation actions in the system for timely closure.

Methanol and carbon monoxide plants.

• Participate in and perform root cause analysis and failure investigations of recurring failures for stationary equipment, and recommend long-term strategies for prevention.
• Support operation and maintenance teams in day-to-day plant inspection activities for methanol and carbon monoxide plants.
• Prepare the Shutdown and Turnaround RBI scope for stationary equipment for the methanol and carbon monoxide plants.
• Coordination with NDT contractors for inspection tasks execution during TA & S/D, develop repair/replacement strategies and execution, correspondence with vendors, final reports preparation and tracking of recommendations till final implementation.
• Monthly Coordination of top 10 plant reliability issues to Plant management.

• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of all the stationary equipment (Pressure Vessels, Exchangers, Reactors, Boilers, Reformers, Valves, piping etc.) installed at Ammonia/Urea/Utilities plants by implementing and monitoring through Preventive Maintenance plans.
• Evaluate corrosion & Erosion Risks & implement effective corrosion management systems.
• Provide technical support in the fields of materials, welding, NDT & corrosion monitoring as per guidelines provided in codes & standards.
