- Develop metrics for maintenance performance, asset reliability and costs; communicate metrics and performance to stakeholders in operations.
- Collect feedback from operations stakeholders for improvements to maintenance plans and performance measures.
- Prepare and present maintenance rationale for changes, enhancements and process redesign related to maintenance activities;
- collect stakeholder feedback, ensure compliance to all codes and standards, demonstrate financial impact of changes.
- Work in collaboration with operations and maintenance to prepare a 1-5 year look ahead maintenance plan and contribute in the preparation of annual budgets and resource plans.
