a. Developed Scope of Service, Study roadmap and approach, and Study Basis considering future expansions / all operating modes (with ADNOC Offshore). Also, undertaken rigorous Sulfur Campaign for all feed gases & across the full LNG process.
b. Handled and reviewed technical bids, technical clarifications, and technical evaluations.
c. Developed Risk Matrix and Mitigation Plans to ensure successful recovery to overcome all possible challenges (project was one of a kind across LNG industry)
d. Reviewed all technologies for sulfur species removal (HySweet, Sulfinol derivatives, UOP technologies, BASF), MolSieve polishing including generable and non-regenerable/sacrificial sulfur guard beds.
e. Reviewed technical deliverables: Simulation Models of sulfur propagation across the LNG chain, concentration effects due to BOG, Datasheets, adsorption cycle and loading diagrams, Utility adequacy, etc.
Debottleneck of LNG Trains (Feasibility) – Completed:
