KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee 15-member team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems within budgets averaging $2 million.
• Design and review low voltage and low current electrical systems for new projects ensuring compliance with operational specifications and applicable codes and standards
• As an SME in Electrical department, handling Audits from US-FDA, SFDA, and many country MOH's & ISO 14001:2015, FEWA
• Handling Electrical systems of Injectables, Oral, Suspension, Suppositories, Syrup
• Ointment, & vaccines manufacturing facilities working closely with production team and based on business requirements managing site
• Handling of deviation, identifications and rectifications of CAPA related to quality and HSE, and Root cause analysis
• Preparation, Supporting & Reviewing of GA drawings, Civil Layout, P&ID, PFD and
• Electrical drawings and executing with the design, Process & proposal/procurement team
• Expertise in executing all kind of mechanical & electrical maintenance (GM, BM, and PM) related to Electrical systems & equipment's
• Good Knowledge and handling of QMS software, SAP (CMMS) systems (Material
• Management module, Engineering Module, Project/CAPEX module)
• Develop and implementation of documentation including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), systems, User Requirements Specifications (URS), change control as per current GMP and Clean room requirements and industrial standards
• Generates protocols and Executes Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
• Performance Qualification (PQ), installation qualification (IQ) for electrical equipment as per cGMP
• Keeping current with upcoming versions or latest machinery required in organization and
• Budgeting & CAPEX, OPEX preparation
• Ensuring Safety at the site with maintaining accidents reported with near miss will be accounted and as well as the team members should wear all PPE (Face and Eye protectors, SCBA and potable & emergency showers will be ready at the site.
• Ensuring that Health & Safety Environment policies were followed during work place at all times.
• Conducting meeting with all departments to provide effective Energy Management System
• Maintain KPI's & Cost Optimization in Operation & Maintenance of the plant and reports will be submitted on monthly and yearly basis
• Identification of potential risks as and when and propose mitigation measures
• Maintaining Operational Logs, reports, maintain inventory stocks and spares for operation & Maintenance.
• Supervise and monitor all works executed through contractor and ensuring completion of jobs on time and fulfilling all contractual obligations.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise direct reports and other team member ensuring high level of productivity and efficiency.

• Provided on-site engineering and technical services during installation and fielding processes.
• Ensured Testing and commissioning of all Electrical equipment from 415 volts to 425 kV System.
• Handled Inspection of control and relay panel, preparation of Test Report, and cable schedule for sub-station, power plant, and process plant.
• Handling Transformer protection, Transformer Differential Protection & REF Protection, Bus Bar protection, and Motor protection systems.
• Coordinated with client in As-Built Scheme drawing submission, test report submission, As build cable schedule submission, and all site activity to satisfy customer.
• Maintained relationships with crews and contractors.

• Understood and used proper tools and equipment to install and maintain electrical systems.
• Tested continuity of circuits using test equipment to verify compatibility and safety of systems following installation, replacement, or repair.
• Followed all safety procedures and guidelines to promote safety while working on electrical systems.
• Identified and studied electrical problems to determine correct solutions.
• Operation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of Process control system including VFD, PLC, SCADA, Transducers, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems, Utility, and other peripheral Control & Instruments.
• Operation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of MV & LV system including MCC Panels, DG SET, Transformer.
• Handled Operations & Maintenance of PLC Controlled DOL and Star-Delta Starter including motor controlled with two separate directions in auto and manual mode.
• Steered efforts in Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of HT/LT Motors up to 500 KW, ACB/VCB, HT/LT Panels, Switchgears, Lighting Systems, Hydraulic Valves, Different types of Instruments like Flow Meters, FCG, PCG, PCV, etc. Belt Conveyors, Gearboxes.
