- Oversee the scheduled maintenance activities to ensure safe, KPI compliant, on-budget, on-time performance.
- Working knowledge in project planning, process reviews, redesign and supporting, escalation.
- Contributing to product development, analysis, budgeting and monitoring activities to ensure project delivery.
- Complying and respond to manage emergency situations, fire fighting alarm activations, building management system alarms, power failures and MHS faults.
- Manage temperature sensitive storage, special handling, oversee additional MHS expansions and modifications.
- Industry experience in repairs management, material planning, inventory control, technical purchasing by dealing with multiple departments.
- Supervisory role in maintenance, engineering repairs, third party management.
- Act as a conduct in case of medical emergency, etc.
- Prepare and circulate, train up the team about updated service bulletin, work instructions, SOP in accordance with OEM manual and GCCA guidelines.
- In house repairing, component repairs and supply management done.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders for improvement projects.
- Maintain vendor relationship and part level RO coordination as per procurement and supply management directives.
- Adhere safety standards at workplace, personnel and equipments according to EMS/QMS manuals.
- Lead the technical team to optimize preventive, corrective and repair maintenance in terminals.
- Regular team management by daily briefings, Safety campaigns and smooth shift handovers.
- Provides on job trainings over fault diagnosis, new techniques, modern IT skills and familiarisation.
- Conducts adhoc workplace safety inspection, pre/post check procedures.
- Comply with quality management to conduct internal, external audits and MMS reports.
- Price analysis and forward proposal for budget revise in tools, equipment and spare parts procurement in annual basis.
- Maintain spares shelf life and buy cost analysis.
- Make purchase orders and material request in accordance with monthly job plans and projects approved.
- Maintain an accurate inventory in major items of plant or machinery, together with its associated service history to decide 'repair or replace' analysis.
- Execute assigned plans in terminal facilities maintenance, coordinate multiple stakeholders for the smooth delivery in commissioning.
- Proactively managed risks and associated mitigations within project tasks.
