• It is one of Heritage site in Hatta (i.e 50 years old)
• The project aims at re-habilitation of Falaj (i.e Channeling water through a narrow tunnel of maximum of mansize at a depth of 13mtr) such that tourists can experience project
• Development of artificial lake at Hatta covering area of 30,000 Sq.m with artificial lining and edge protection works with Gabions
• Carried out beach nourishment works for HH private Islands (i.e LOGO island at Pam Jumeirah, Island at World Islands).

• Review of tender submissions and awarding project based on Technical and Commercial capabilities of tenderer
• Working as Resident Engineer during project execution to evaluate Contractor's performance against approved baseline programme, cash flow, Quality and HSE commitment
• Deploying various methodologies to analyze various construction process, recommending modifications to minimize escalations / breakdowns, realize operational efficiencies, control variability, costs & reduce cycle-time

• PROJECT: Marine facilities for Stand by Jetty at Dahej (Cost: 100m USD)- EPC contract
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performed following activities:
• Driving of steel piles up to 36” inch dia *1” thk using hydraulic hammers as per specification
• Conducting PDA and load test (both Marine and Land) for determining pile capacities
• Preparation and establishing methodology for Steam curing and Pre-stress pre-cast activities
• Concrete mix design finalization for project for different structures in project like piling, pre-cast and in-situ.
• Planning of inspection activities for pile driving, pre-cast and miscellaneous works as per specification.
• Verified construction documentation to meet client requirements and vision.

• PROJECT : Sohar Port, Oman (Cost: 180m USD)
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Formulating methodologies for marine activities like jack up position, pile driving, etc
• Leveraged data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive management focus.
• Co-ordination of transportation of heavy fabricated piles from shore to location using barges and floatation
• Driving of steel piles up to 74” inch dia* 1” thk using hydraulic hammers
• Installation of steel deck on piles and welding
• Pre-cast and In-situ works co-ordination
• On-shore and off-shore coordination for quality issues and liaising with Client/Engineer
• Providing assistance to Contracts Department to finalize claims and change orders.

• PROJECT: Construction of Cruise Terminal Facility at, Salines, Mauritius (Cost: 20m USD)
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Created project schedules and worked with contractors to assure work is completed properly and on time.
• Established QMS for JV project at site & Logging of whole project related records in one data base for ease of traceability and to make informed decisions.
• Monitoring of Steel pile driving & testing, cast-in beam and slabs, pre-cast kerbs, parapets, bollard fixing, fender fixing, etc
• Rock anchoring within piles to achieve desired pile capacity
• PROJECT: Corrosion Protection to Steel Piles at Quay 1 to 4 and Sheet Pile (Cost: 10m USD)
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Re-habilitation works are executed to increase life-span of existing structures constructed during 1970's.
• Oversaw execution of cofferdam fixing to piles up to -2.5m CD
• Facilitated cleaning of sea growth on pile, fixing of GRP jackets and filling it with non-shrink grout
• Identified economical mix design for non-shrink grout with powder admixtures for site mixing
• Undertook liaising with clients in such a way that repair works would not affect port operations.

• PROJECT: Construction of Oil jetty (Cost: 25m USD)
• JOB RESPONSIBILIITES:
• Undertook execution of cast-in-situ piling, pre-cast beams fabrication and jetty civil works
• Managed selection and evaluation of Sub-Contractors for works
• Conducting Initial Test Pile-load test to decide founding level for Project piles.
• Facilitated concrete mix design for piling & civil works and coordinated with RMC (ready mix concrete) for 24 hours supply

• PROEJCT: Construction of Sub-Structure of Mahandai Railway Bridge No-22, Orissa (Cost: 15m USD)
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversaw construction of well sinking, plugging, well cap, pier and open foundation
• Use of rock-blasting technique to sink the well vertically
• Pumping of Concrete for 300mtr on custom made floating pontoons
• Handled production of concrete as per site daily requirement
