· Responsible for managing overall safety, quality standards and the customer experience from Check in, Ticketing, boarding, ramp operations and mishandled baggage.
· Follows regulatory requirements/ SOP/ GOM/SLA and other safety procedures and policies.
· Passenger Manifest, Cargo Doc, Load Sheet, and General Declaration being carefully verified and handed over to the Captain Onboard.
· Coordinate to ensure timely availability of resources and meet Aircrafts on Arrivals.
· Handling of Air Deccan Flight Responsible for issuing Tickets, check-in passengers, Boarding, Baggage reconciliation, coordinating RAMP activities, Supervision of Aircraft loading as per the load plan. Preparation of propriety irregularity reports and settlement of mishandled Baggage's and preparation of Flight handling reports
