• Promote technical and commercial excellence on the project through application of quality assurance processes
• Review shop/as-built drawings, method statements, material submissions, any request for information related to the work within the contract
• Coordinate with Client, Project Manager and the contractor and concerned authorities.
• Work with the key project individuals to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns, delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work. Advise the Client and company management of any such changes
• Ensure that the project meets or exceeds goals established

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed two residential 50 stories towers entire finishing and fit-out works
• Conducted handing over processes of all areas and systems of the project to the Client
• Improved general quality of the project to become the benchmark for all company projects
• Monitored subcontractors and suppliers operations and inventory in a timely manner
• Preparation for CDC and DM and other authority inspections in order to secure BCC

• Boulevard Point - Emaar Properties

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed a 60 levels residential tower's entire finishing and fit-out activities through to handing over to the Client
• Monitored implementation of site works and material deliveries for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Liaised with company executives and project managers to acquire resources to move projects forward.
• Completed construction tasks while providing safe working conditions, staying on budget and meeting project deadlines.

Project:

• The Address Fountain Views - Emaar Properties

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervised entire construction and finishing works of a 80 levels Hotel/residential tower from Raft to key handing over.
• Oversaw quality control and health and safety matters for construction teams.
• Created work schedules and adjusted as needed to meet project deadlines
• Recorded daily events and activities in site diary to evaluate process and improve productivity.
• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.

Project:

• Lebanon Waterfront City - Majid Al Futtaim Properties

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of draftsmen to generate shop-drawings and IFC drawings
• Completed accurate engineering calculations for weights, loads and other metrics using both manual and digital methods.
• Inspected and evaluated existing buildings for structural deficiencies and code violations.
