• BIM Model of Commercial Building (Revit) Developed a comprehensive 3D BIM model of a multi-storey commercial office space using Revit Architecture. Incorporated architectural and structural elements to enhance design accuracy and coordination. Ensured model was suitable for clash detection, visualization, and client review presentations.

• Residential Building Drafting (AutoCAD) Produced detailed 2D architectural drawings including plans, elevations, and sections for a G+2 residential building. Applied local building code standards and accurate dimensioning for execution. Assisted in preparing working drawings for site implementation and client approvals.

• Site Layout Plan for Small Apartment Complex (AutoCAD) Created a site development plan for a small apartment complex, including internal road layout, landscaping zones, parking areas, and drainage systems. Optimized spatial arrangement for functionality and compliance with planning requirements.

• 3D Visualization of Villa Exterior (3ds Max) Modeled and rendered a modern villa exterior using 3ds Max, focusing on realistic textures, lighting, and material finishes. Produced high-quality visualization for client presentation and design approval. Enhanced project presentation by delivering photorealistic walkthrough perspectives.

• Concept Design of Bridge Pier and Abutment (AutoCAD) Assisted in drafting pier cap and abutment sections for a small-scale highway bridge project. Generated detailed structural drawings in AutoCAD to support preliminary engineering design. Contributed to early-stage design documentation.
