  • Working as Assistant Manager, corporate finance at NMC Corporate office and reporting to Senior Manager, Corporate Accounts.
  • Managing the day-to-day activities, analyzing and consolidating the details of the 09 corporate books, preparing budgeting and performance reports, managing corporate audit and supporting group audit are the main areas covering here.

  • Supporting the VAT team, sharing quarterly data related to corporate books and coordinating with corporate teams for the recording of data and sharing the same with management for government statistical purpose.
  • Audit related activities: - Acting as SPOC for the corporate related entities during Audit. Working as supporting role to PMO of Audit and supports him for the coordination of audit relates queries with Auditor and other business units, closing/completing the pending requests/queries with other business unites, workings for the central requests/consolidated requests for the whole group, Verifying the FS word/excel files …etc
  • Third Party advisory support: - Working with A&M administration team During the part of restructuring and other management changes, closely working with administration team for the smooth processing of reconciliation of vendors for the erst while management period.
  • Working with BDO chartered accountants Closely working with BDO with respect to the audit-related activities as a part of restructuring and management changes.
  • Supported them during the cleanup activities and the preparation of financial schedules and summaries.
  • Other Areas: - Closely working with IT (In house accounting software team and ERP team) for resolving issues related to the month end revenue porting and other accounting software issue.
  • Preparation of other reports and schedules instructed by the reporting manager for submitting to controllership team and administrators as and when required.
