  • Achievement: Review historical sales trends, research demand, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and product supply, and evaluate forecast results and informed procurement head
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving service level deliveries, service quality norms, attending to customer concerns, strategic complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving.
