In my role as Senior Manager of Projects, I lead multiple residential and commercial development projects from concept to completion, ensuring that design aspirations are maintained throughout the entire process. My responsibilities include:

• Project Leadership: Oversee project lifecycles, guiding teams through each phase while managing budgets and timelines to align with client expectations and regulatory standards.
• Design Communication: Develop detailed plans and 3D models to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders, facilitating a clear understanding of project objectives.
• Efficiency Assessment: Compute areas such as Built-Up Area (BUA), Gross Floor Area (GFA), and saleable areas to ensure the design meets expected efficiency standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure design coordination, fostering effective communication and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
• Marketing Material Development: Release marketing collaterals, including area efficiency calculations, while coordinating with third parties for saleable area validation.
• Design Development: Guide projects through various design development phases, including schematic and detailed design levels, ensuring adherence to the overall vision.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and sub-consultants to gather feedback on design feasibility and cost impacts, addressing factors such as vertical transportation and fire life safety.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to zoning laws, building codes, and sustainability standards, thereby reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices.
• Authority Approvals Management: Manage authority approvals with entities such as DM, DDA, DCD, and RTA, streamlining the approval process for project progression.
• Progress Monitoring: Conduct weekly design progress meetings with clients and contractors to understand their requirements and facilitate necessary adjustments.
• Quality Control: Perform regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and uphold quality control standards.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships to anticipate their needs and refine project goals based on their feedback.
• Timeline Management: Establish and track project timelines, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure milestones are met and adjusting schedules proactively to minimize disruptions.
• Design Review and Integrity: Conduct regular reviews of design and construction phases to ensure adherence to design vision and compliance with building codes, facilitating coordination between architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain design integrity.
• Quality Assurance: Develop detailed drawings, including quality and technical specifications during the construction process, ensuring quality assurance and design compliance.
• As-Built Documentation: Create as-built drawings during the Building Completion Certificate (BCC) phase and handover, documenting the completed project accurately.

Key Achievements:

• Successfully completed a residential and commercial community called Sobha Reserve Villas.
• Played a key role in notable projects such as Sobha One Park Avenue, Sobha Creek Vista, Sobha Creek Vista Reserve, Sobha Crest Grande, and Sobha Waterside Villas
