· Second In charge of all IT operations and management for all 3 Hotels • Ensure that the IT Infrastructure of hotels are complaint as per Marriott Standard.
· Planning and Implementation of New Projects.
· Ensure that the inventory is properly maintained and managed.
· Prepare budget (CAPEX, OPEX) by studying the operational needs and the device capability.
· Assign tasks (user access, Marrk2 security compliance tasks, procurement & help desk) appropriately to the team.
· Monitor & ensure all client machines /servers are compliant as per Marriott Security compliance and no non-compliant/ rouge device exist in the network.
· Ensure that all Marriott IT checklists (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) are completed within the SLA.
· Configure, Maintain and support Desktops, Laptops, POS Machines, Servers(physical & virtual),Network, Switches, Access Points, controller, Printers ,IP Phones, Biometric Machines & hand held devices.
· Perform upgrades, and network changes in the IT Infrastructure as per the brand standards occasionally.
· User access management (creation, termination, group rights assignment, reports, and audit) of all Hotel applications and Active Directory with reference to the approved user access Forms.
· Configure, maintain, and support the Hotel management software (Opera 54 & Opera 56) and outlet’s POS software & Hardware (Oracle Micros Simphony hosted & local).
· Provide support for Mitel PABX system, Telephone Billing-Interface system (Tiger TMS), Guestek IPTV System, Passport scanning system (Vicas) and 3C payment system.
· Remote desktop support (Beyond Trust).
· Ensure that the backup is taken properly from all core servers and changed on weekly basis (Weekly & Monthly)-Veritas ,Veeam.
· Maintain and support Applications - Oasys(HR Payroll Solution)BirchStreet(Purchase),Vision Line(Digital Lock System).
