  • To play the role of customer service and technical support to the public by making an amendment or addition to accident reports, deciding on grievances about accidents, and collecting service fees from the public
  • Receive traffic accident reports from the operations according to the available means of communication
  • Heading to the accident site as quickly as possible without violating traffic rules or causing traffic confusion on the road
  • Taking the vehicles involved in the accident out of the road and securing them, and ensuring that traffic is moving in a normal way
  • Ensuring the safety of the accident parties and requesting an ambulance in case of injury to one of the parties, or suspicion of an injury
  • Inspecting the accident site, collecting evidence, and investigating the parties to the accident to determine the faulty and non-faulty
  • Issuing an official and approved accident report to review the insurance companies at the end of the investigation
  • Evaluating the type of accidents and distinguishing between the accidents that are received by us and that are should be escalated to the police.
