Design and drafting of small and large-scale landscape irrigation projects

Preparation of quotations for tender projects
Liaise with site teams and senior management for design input
Monitor & administer project progress.Ensure compliance with design
specifications
Recommend & implement process and technical design changes to improve
performance and efficiency.
Attend meetings where necessary Submission of progress claims to manage
and coordinate production of quality shop drawings and BIM model in all
projects assigned with minimal supervision
Understands specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of works ability to
interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies
Coordination and identify areas of concerns with design intent ,Site survey
and work independently for identification of landscape and irrigation projects.
Design ,installation, execution ,supervision ,servicing ,recreation and facilities
of hi-tech automatic drip and sprayer irrigation systems including the
construction of pump rooms, varies pipe works, filtration chambers, water
meter chambers, Inlet valve chambers, storage tanks (GRP&R.C.C),foundations,
central control system , fertilization and chlorination system and related hard
and soft landscaping works
Preparation of project planning and obtaining NOC from Service authorities
following to mobilization of project
Coordination and own responsibility under after assignment for the
preparation of shop drawings, material submittals, baseline program,
execution, installation, maintenance, routine inspection, repairing and monitor
the process of work against the planned schedule
Coordinate with the involved functions for obtaining and providing the
necessary resources as required.
Liaise with consultant for all activities on the technical and commercial matter.
Identify project safety training needs and coordinate with involved function
for fulfilling the training requirements.
Ensuring standard ,rules, regularities, methods, safety and procedure
maintained as per requirement of specific project.
Coordination with subordinate staff and forward timely request for
manpower, machinery and other resources to achieve the work as per the
planned schedule,
Monitor and evaluation of the subcontractor's performance on the various
activities for compliance with quality requirement.
Liaise with project manager, discipline engineers for effective coordination,
execution and inspection of site activities.
Maintain all relevant correspondence, updated submittals, drawings,
specification, schedule, warranties and quality requirements till project the
completion.
