• Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on architectural drawings, specifications, and other documents.
• Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure adherence to budget. Implementing cost-saving measures as needed.
• Execute the works as per the approved method statement and brief the site team accordingly.
• Collaborate and interact with the entire construction team to ensure proper coordination of the work.
• Administer the structural works to ensure that the structure is being executed as per the construction drawings and details.
• Ensuring that the quality of finished work is as per consultant's requirements and project Specifications.
• Monitoring and controlling all sub-contractor work on site and highlighting any problems to the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
• Report site progress to the Planning team daily basis to ensure proper follow up of site progress.
• Prepare and Submit Inspection Requests after the work is executed correctly and attend Consultants inspections to obtain approval.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
• To Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc. to require prior to start the project and monitoring in the plant and manpower, material wastage etc.
• Ensure that all the work is done with the approved construction drawings and Shop drawing, etc.
• Report site progress to the Planning team to ensure proper follow up of site progress.
