• I worked six months in the restaurant (caravela) and six months in banquets

Restaurant

• Assisted my senior waiter in taking guest orders, punching KOT'S, food/drinks service, clearing the tables ,setting up the tables etc.
• Billing a particular order and make in room postings.
• Cleaning of sideboards/side stations and

re-filling.

• Setting up the buffet as per the operations and maintaining hygiene throughout the entire operation.
• Maintaining stores and restocking accordingly.
• Clear third party bills by maintaining a job order book along with bills.

Banquets

• Hall setup as per the guests request (theatre setup, cluster setup, u-shape sitting, board room etc,)
• Also take care of stores maintain the inventory and purchase the store accordingly.
• To maintain the job order book and submit it on time along with bills.
• Handling gala dinner,weddings,birthday parties , outdoor catering etc.
