• Production of SS 304, 316, 321, duplex etc. pipe and tube in various sizes (12.0 mm to 116.0 mm)
• Schedule and monitor department workflow and activity.
• To provide Engineering support to run cold pilger rolling mill machine and resolve issue efficient manner.
• Involvement in 5S implementation, product and Quality development, continuous improvement (Kaizen) etc.
• Material planning and procurement, Inventory optimization, Production planning.
• Working knowledge of heat treatment, die assembly, machine operation, to make dies, mandrel, jaw etc. and maintaining tooling spare & records.
• Working closely with team to plan, schedule and perform production activities as well as developing production & guidelines to support company objectives.
• To manage manpower handling, work planning, maintaining production reports and record for future work.
• Executed Single minute exchange of dies (SMED) in process to reduce downtime 30%.
