• Acting as Senior International Trade Operations for the Saudi Arabia
• Focusing on Exports from Sadara out of the Saudi Arabia area to various hubs worldwide, providing expertise in the area of Logistics and documentation as well as Harmonized System classifications
• Logistics focal point for Export operation -Manage logistics service providers in KSA
• Conduct carrier performance meetings and manage KPIs with carriers and freight forwarders
• Provide Export/Import expertise to 6 sigma initiatives and execute improvement projects
• Manage KSA country specific issues and Logistics exceptions
• Responsible to execute the RCI in case of serious or moderate incident with containers shipped from the KSA area -Participate in/Lead optimization studies and understanding the impact of business
• Client volume changes to the current process -Initiate develop and implement work process and systems enhancements -Provide support for mergers and acquisitions -Participate in Global teams to leverage practices form other regions -Lead or participate in the implementation of freight tenders for MPC
• Communicate and coordinate outbound volumes with partners at Sadara to ensure push model production systems are met
• Ensure compliance with PMLA Agreement for MPC -Tracks key performance metrics, supply chain performance data, and generates improvement opportunities
• Implements new, identified logistics opportunities to deliver lowest cost
• Create cost saving projects and eliminate non-value-added cost -Outstanding support to Planning team whenever logistics changes needed to meet market dynamic changes for both all business divisions, i.e rush orders destination diversion, rush orders management
• Outstanding support to Dow regional team requests, examples routes creation and equipment quality complaint management for both DRY/ISO
• Outstanding support to local International trade team (Experience leverage) and knowledge sharing
• Support Dow sourcing team for tender preparation management and process streamline with MPC/ISO carriers
• Create new process as needed.
• Being Dow Saudi Arabia ambassador for 2.0 amplified project team project
• Being Dow Saudi Arabia focal point for IMEA MSR project - ODMS
• Support EY IMEA logistics auditing project - Provide supporting documents and approvals

• After 2 years of import, executing efficiently day-day activities, i was promoted to come cross the other side of the plant to enhance the DHL outbound operations and improve the team productivity
• Supervise the Control Tower team day-day activities -Act as DHL focal point a front of P&G client in all export monitoring activities
• Maintain and prepare monthly inventory volume reports and send to management -Extract carriers/FF performance reports & highlight the gabs
• Supervise the documentation execution done by DHL Control tower team & manage documentation errors
• Responsible to work with carriers/free lancers to resolve trucks/containers shortage issues.

• Global agreement between DHL & P&G -Responsible to Look after P&G Inbound logistics operation - raw materials import -Receive from P&G Hair care & Dish care divisions new orders and create jobs in DHL system to start 4PL service activities such as follow-up on order loading from global supplier, follow-up on shipping documents - make necessary corrections before printing, follow-up on shipment sailings from origin ,follow-up on shipment ETA to destination / track T/S delays and report to P&G planner for awareness, prepare clearance documents and follow-up with broker for on time clearance and deliver to
• P&G Warehouse
• Follow up on 5,000 inbound containers per year and 1000 ISO-tanks along with considerable volume of by design Air freight -Day-day reporting shipment status reports to P&G raw material planners
• Close Follow up on critical shipments (vessel transshipment, run out of stock and tight supply) -Prepare monthly score cards and KPI’s.
