· Create, coordinate, and carry out the organization's quality apprenticeship program.

· Track, evaluate, and document the apprentices' skill acquisition progress.

· Ensure a successful, timely outcome, coaches, monitors, and mentors' trainees

· Vocational Training to NQA Level 5-Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering Program)

· Work placement assessor to support smooth Industrial training & Vocational Training

· Prepare lesson plan and develop simulation-based project as an Assessor.

· Design, customize, and facilitate training courses assigned by ministry of education and ADNOC, Etisalat, NPCC, Vebes, Etihad Rail, TADBEER, Emirates steel, IFFCO, Edge, Strata, AADC, GHQ, Transco, VEBES, Dutco, MENA water etc.

Internal Verifier & Program Coordinator

· Supervision of Educational Staff Members to ensures compliance to NQF Quality Standards

· Coordinate with assessors, program head, CDU, IQA, EV for assessment preparation and verification

· Instruct students individually and in groups, using various training methods such as OJT, lectures, discussions, Simulation Software and Lab demonstrations.

· Upload course material, assessments, videos using Learning Management system (Blackboard, I-campus, D2L, e-portfolio)

· Curriculum development and Assessment preparation for NQA approved units.
