Duties and Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of all property-relateddocuments (leases, contracts, invoices, reports).
- Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports related to property management.
- Process rent payments, security deposits, and other financial transactions.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for property portfolios.
2. Lease and Tenant Management
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and renewing lease agreements.
- Maintain tenant records and track lease terms and expirations.
- Coordinate move-in/move-out processes.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve routine issues or escalate to the property manager.
3. Maintenance Coordination
- Receive and track maintenance requests.
- Monitor compliance with safety and health regulations.
4. Financial and Reporting Tasks
- Support billing, invoicing, and collection processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
5. Compliance and Legal
- Ensure compliance with local property laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and lease agreements.
- Assist with insurance claims and risk management documentation.
- Monitor regulatory deadlines (e.g., building inspections, renewals).
6. Communication and Coordination
