Mostly involved in maintenance (corrosion monitoring) and construction of Oil and Gas Refineries, Petrochemical Plants and as well verse certified with various NDT methods such as (PCN) UT, MT, PT. Strong Knowledge in corrosion monitoring, Plant maintenance inspection and assessments of stationary equipment such as Column, Pressure Vessel, Tanks, Heat exchanger, Pressure Piping, Boiler and Furnaces. Jobs were carried-out during in-service and turnarounds. Familiar in working with various international codes such as ASME/ AWS, API NDT U.T. for FPSO, FSO, FSU (Floating Production, Storage and Offloading vessel) Ship Conversation projects in various clients an Class & Standards (DNV, ABS, API, ASME, AWS/ SBM, PROSAFE, LOYDES, BV, etc). Good exposure with hands on experience in Non Destructive testing, Hydro test, Air Test, Hardness Test& UTG. Good knowledge and hands on experience on Welding Inspection. • Planning the NDT as per Client requirements and follow the Code & Standards (AWS & ABS)
• Carried out of Fit-up and Material Inspection, Structural and Piping Welding Completion Inspection & Preparing NDT Planning and evaluate the NDT results
• Material Inspection, NDT arrangement, NDT Document Review
• Tank Internal Air Test, Load Test, Technician Qualification Review, and Preparation of Daily Inspection Reports
• Conducting & Cross Checking Ultrasonic examination on pressure vessel pipes
• Preparation of Procedure for various NDT methods as per customer specifications
