  • Responsible for timely submission of monthly, quarterly & yearly consolidated financial statements and other reporting files (Middle East, India & Africa) to HO in Germany.
  • Follow up and monitoring of Accounts Payables (AP) and Accounts receivables (AR).
  • To keep a close watch on the cash flow and advise the management accordingly.
  • Credit control and negotiating various credit terms with Trade Credit Insurance provider.
  • Monitor and record financial transactions according to German GAAP.

  • Quarterly review of factbooks on various topics viz. Business Operations & Strategy, Contracts, HR, IT, IP, Compliance, Legal, Insurance, ESG, ISO, Financial and Tax information for MEIA region.
  • Review and update of yearly contracts on license fees, Sales Commissions, Royalties, Distribution rights and Market Lists.
  • IG Reconciliation of monthly, quarterly and yearly figures with 44 other Technoform entities (including Holding, manufacturing and sales offices).
  • Responsible for Operational Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting for assigned regions.
  • Manage the order processing team and regular checks on the invoices raised.
  • Monitor and consolidation of the transport and warehousing costs of shipments.
  • Maintain Fixed Assets schedules and related depreciation reports.
