Project Description: Executed and delivered 800 villas across three phases on Jubail Island, Abu Dhabi, with a budget of 1 Billion Dirhams under ACC's oversight.

• Led substructure activities for 800 villas on Al Jubail Island, overseeing boundary walls, underground works, shallow foundations, excavation, and backfilling.
• Managed a team of 150 workers and 2 site engineers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinated subcontractors' activities, including submissions to consultants, quality assurance, safety protocols, and adherence to baseline schedules.
• Provided detailed monthly lookahead plans to ensure proactive project scheduling and timely completion of activities.
• Facilitated coordination between different disciplines and technical teams for drawings and submissions, ensuring seamless integration of project requirements.

• Coordinating closely with HSE due to working conditions within a 24/7 operating paper mill.

• Reporting directly to the project manager on site progress, potential variation orders, and time extensions.

• Allocating manpower and resources for daily tasks.

• Ordering approved materials on site and ensuring their availability to maintain smooth site progress.

• Attending weekly and monthly progress meetings.

• Supervising all site activities to ensure compliance with approved method statements and shop drawings.

• Participating in and initiating work inspection requests.

• Maintaining and interpreting site drawings, topographical drawings, construction drawings, rebar drawings, and bar bending schedules.
