• Supervise day-to-day operations assigned for the HVAC and Architectural work scopes to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
• Ensuring all work is carried out to the required quality in the best possible manner and within the guidelines of best practices
• Read/review project specifications, work lists, tender specifications and pre-planning job (Sequence of job, manpower, equipment) including plan for one-week manpower requirements
• Develop, interpret, and follow method statements and procedures in addition to understanding specifications, drawings and all other disciplines related to project and engineering documentation
• Co-ordinate work progress with SRM/PM, superintendent, other trades within his own department
• Liaise with Invoicers / cost engineers to ensure that department and commercial targets are synchronized and met
• Develop detailed completion program with manpower loading
• Participate in accident investigation, root cause analysis, and provide assistance in preparing necessary report
• Review vessel repair plan, build strategies in order to formalize the optimum utilization of yard equipment and resources
• Provide personnel appraisal and training requirement, motivate, and develop subordinates
• Provide reports on man-power planning, productivity and job performance to Assistant Manager/ Manager as required
• Identify jobs along with project managers and production lead
• Provide dynamic back up to the foreman, supervisors for managing and handling projects including providing technical advice as required
• Conduct frequent audit around work areas and report non-compliance to the Supervisors on issues of Safety, Quality and Productivity
• Exercise discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices and indolence
• Create progress reports on a daily basis and ensure that any significant information is communicated to the supervisor i.e Resource shortfalls, surplus, HSEQ concerns

• Execute the project according to the Scope of work and project plan Project coordination with client and sub-contractors
• Supervision on Architectural out fitting works, Marine Insulation works, Cladding works, Steel Fabrication, Erection of structural HVAC Ducts work in different onshore/offshore turnkey operations and new build projects
• Preparing MTO and BOQ of the work for the projects
• Ensure that the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
• Managing Client's & subcontractors' record
• Inspecting additional works, site instructions and preparing BOQ for the same
• Ensure that all reasonably practicable measures are taken to protect and promote the health, safety and welfare of the workforce and to protect the environment
• Coordinate with Dept
