• Preparing daily forecast and explaining it to Junior Engineers or supervisor
• Providing project cost estimates and applied budget control in the execution of projects
• Reviewing mechanical shop drawings & designs, Material Submittal, performed cost estimates, attended meetings with client, Consultant, sub-contractors, vendors and other representatives
• Submitting design calculation’s (heat load, pump head, ESP etc.) & Shop drawings for consultant review & approval
• Make the availability of resources on time & also monitor the progress as it goes in line with the plan

• Site Execution & Estimation of HVAC services for various projects

Responsibilities:

• Estimation, Design & Site Execution of Various projects
• Submitted design calculation’s such as Pump head, ESP etc. for consultant review
• Attended project planning meetings to coordinate mechanical system designs with structural and architecture teams, mitigate design conflicts and coordinate delivery timelines.
• Estimated heat load calculation as per ASHRAE codes and standards

• Preparing daily plan and explain it to the foreman or supervisor
• Submitted design calculation’s such as Pump head, ESP etc
• Preparing reports of the work done & timely completion
• Giving jobs to the workers according to the technical qualifications
• Duct sizing using Equal-friction/velocity method following ASHRAE standards
