Maintain employee records manually as well as computerized with Document Controller
Provide assistance with the recruitment and selection process

Prepare and issue employment contracts to new and existing employees
Provide training to adhere company guidelines, procedures and also organize induction ceremonies for new staff
Ensure all record keeping with regards to workman's compensation, health and medical insurance and other state and government regulations is completed as required
Keep track of employees’ vacation dates and making schedule for the whole year
Update both manual and electronic personnel records when a employees personal details change
Manage hotel booking and transportation for visiting delegates
Contact employment services or executive recruiters for specialized postings
Handling the full and final settlement of the employees

Preparing the report on the suspicious transaction and submitting to management and the central bank of the UAE
