• Main focus belonged to breakfast operation of 300+ covers daily, Saturday brunches & special events during the year, from which the biggest one was during Ramadan. Restaurant won the award for the best brunches in Dubai.

• Being in this position I have been responsible for leading a team of 25+ people, driving their motivation through various trainings, managing restaurant's budget and finding ways of exceeding in all 3 key aspects of FS values - people, product & profit.

Room Service & Mini Bar Assistant Manager

• Covering as ad interim department head for 3 months I was responsible for handling vast operation, developing new menu changes for increased guest appeal, various set ups in rooms & Mini Bar, as well special amenities for VIP guests, arrivals & departures.

• As a manager in training in one of the finest and leading hospitality companies in the world, I overlooked the operation in multiple F&B outlets of the property, from fine dining beach sanctuaries, a variety of ample and lavish events to in room dining options with the focus and goal not only to enhance guest experience, but also to carefully anticipate their each need.
• During this time, I spent almost a year spent in Banquets having led more than 80+ weddings and numerous meetings from well known global companies, such as Rolex, Rolls-Royce.
• By the end of my MIT, I was replacing a manager in Mina Brasserie, Four Seasons DIFC, a restaurant that is on the Michelin Guide.
