  • Part of a new restaurant pre-opening and its duties (currently undergoing)


Suq Restaurant (All Day Dining) Assistant Manager

  • Main focus belonged to breakfast operation of 300+ covers daily, Saturday brunches & special events during the year, from which the biggest one was during Ramadan. Restaurant won the award for the best brunches in Dubai.


Shai Salon (Lobby Restaurant) Assistant Manager
