At Antalex LLC, I held the position of assistant manager and performed the following functions:
- Operational management of the Financial Department,
I formed a payment plan, coordinated it with the head, made payments in the banking system, carried out financial control of cash and non-cash monetary transactions and kept cost records, made monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, was engaged in payroll and its payments through the WPS system.
- Management the trade and procurement activities of the company:
Participated in the formation of technical specifications for production, directly conducted business correspondence, was an intermediary in communication between our engineering and technical department and the supplier. I controlled the timeliness of payments under the contract, as well as the receipt of goods and the execution of all shipping documents for the transfer of documents to the logistics company for transportation to the place, according to the terms of the contract. I was also directly involved in the transfer of equipment to the customer and the signing of the final documents on the fulfillment of all obligations on our part.
- Participated in the approval of contracts with the supplier's lawyers and our legal department, drew up a task for the formation of the contract, terms of delivery, requirements for goods and packaging, warranty obligations, delivery dates, acceptance of goods, etc.
My task was also to make edits in the editing mode to the contract and to the annexes, then bring the contract to the final version for signings.
