I started managing the Instagram account for the dental clinic Klinik+1 (@klinik+1).
The clinic had recently launched and did not have a substantial target audience.
I was tasked with finding the right audience and creating content that best displayed the clinic and its facilities to garner trust from the patients.
The business environment in Istanbul is highly competitive, to better understand the market I conducted an analysis of competitors in the niche.
I began by creatinga profile of the target consumers, listed the short comings of the competitors and the needs of the target audience to create a precise content plan for managing the account.
As the health sector is quite sensitive it was important to build trust with future patients. To better achieve this task I showcased the doctors' work, the process and final result; the emotions of patients. Additionally I made content that would answer frequently asked questions about these procedures to ease patients doubts. After completing this approach succesfully the targetted audience felt more secure in their decisions. To further facilitate this security, I had decided that each doctor would talk on video about their specialization (implantologist about implants, orthodontist about braces, aesthetic dentist about crowns/veneers, etc.)
The second post was a video review against the backdrop of the clinic itself, where a patient shared their emotions about their new smile.
The third post was a detailed before/after photo. I managed the clinic's Instagram for one and a half years. Last publication: August 17, 2023
