As Head of Grade and Pastoral Lead, I oversee the academic progress, behavior, and well-being of students in my grade. I support and guide students in their personal development, address any concerns, and ensure a positive, inclusive learning environment. I collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to address individual needs and foster a strong sense of community within the grade.

• Currently working as math teacher in secondary school and leading the planning and implementation of the curriculum for Grades 6 to 10.
• Successfully implemented Sparx Math an online AI-driven math learning program for secondary students.
• Hands on experience on assessment builder ( making board exam style question paper).
• Making the curriculum overview, curriculum map, LTP, MTP, STP and creating mark-book for grades 6 to 10.
• Adapting the learning intention for special need students by making personalized lesson plans.
• Delivering lessons using real life applications.
• Conducts pre-assessment to understand the students level about particular topic and then plans the lessons according to it.
• Finds different ways to challenge the students with higher order thinking skills.
