A single asperity nano-scratch of a sphero-conical indenter on cast Stellite-6 is simulated to predict and understand behaviour of the deformable material. Reported all findings intensively and compared with published literature to validate the model.
• Blowdown Supersonic Wind Tunnel, 01/01/21, 03/01/21, A BSWT is carefully designed to create a uniform one-dimensional flow in the test section for a 2x4 feet test model. A Convergent-Divergent nozzle is properly sized for the given design requirements and modelled on ANSYS to analyze flow and test conditions.
• F1 in Schools, 01/01/20, 04/01/20, A computer 3D model of a classic Formula One car is sketched on a CAD software. The CAD image is manufactured by 3D printing all active parts and properly assembling the model vehicle. Tested the model F1 car for aerodynamic drag in a wind tunnel and modelled the same on ANSYS to validate the experimental flow conditions.
