• Engaged in cooperation with diverse stakeholders to facilitate the seamless installation, commissioning, and handover of the remaining BHS system works prior operational demands
• BHS system's health check is regularly monitored to adhere to operational demands.
• Effectively managed and coordinated the dilapidation works within BHS, ensuring the completion of outstanding snags and commissioning works. Additionally, collaborated with the specialist contractor to compile an obsolescence report for spare parts, which was subsequently submitted for client approval.
• Facilitated and coordinated with the project management team, the client, and the BHS contractor to effectively conclude all outstanding scope of the remaining works, including NCR closures, acoustic and illumination compliance, closure of snags
• Supervised the reliability testing process in collaboration with the client and specialized BHS contractor for the purpose of verifying the system's operational reliability
• Regular follow up with BHS contractor to ensure spares and other materials such as drives, conveyor belts, motors etc. are delivered on time for incident area work completion
  

• As an integral part of my responsibilities, I actively engage in close collaboration with various essential stakeholders, which include structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and our in-house project team

• Directed and monitored the advancement of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, overseeing both electrical and mechanical contractors, while effectively managing a workforce exceeding 100 individuals, to ensure that the project adhered to the predefined schedule.

• Responsible for formulating project implementation timetables, concurrently facilitating discussions on project logistics, and developing temporary facility plans

•Systematically evaluate subcontractor Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and invoices for precision, while also supervising the execution of subcontractor works

•Diligently oversee and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations to ensure compliance with approved Quality Assurance plan and as per project specs

• During my tenure, I worked with the main contractor to solve conflicts between mechanical and electrical systems

• Organized and involved in progress and technical meetings, negotiations to finalize PS items and commercial finalization of nominated supplier/contractor

• In addition, I organized and assisted the MEP manager to select materials and equipment related to MEP

• I lead and organized a team of contractors, subcontractors, and representatives to efficiently install systems

• Closely collaborated with MEP subcontractor and other stake holders throughout various stages of projects to achieve timely completion
