• Interpreted electric and electronic schematics and mechanical layouts to diagnose equipment problems.
• Measured and read DMM, meggers, micrometers and thickness gauges using electrical and mechanical testing instruments.
• Diagnosed and troubleshot problems, repairing and restoring machines (SCM, HOMAG ,NANXING, BISSEE) to peak performance.
• Developed detailed maintenance schedules for CNC machines (SCM, HOMAG ,NANXING, BISSEE) equipment's to maximize equipment lifetimes.

• Accountable for plant preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance to carry out smooth functioning of equipment
• Carrying out Risk Assessment for maintenance activities to ensure safe and smooth execution of job completion by following various Safe Working Practices and Procedures like ‘Permit to Work', ‘Lock Out-Tag Out' etc
• Proactive coordination with other engineering disciplines, Evaluating and discuss with team for work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works
• Execution of preventive maintenance for High Voltage Motors, IR compressor; Transformer, Diesel Generator; Switchboard, VCB, VCC, ACB
• Execution of Preventive Maintenance & overhauling of induction for Low Voltage Motors, Isolation/Dry type Transformer, ACB, PCC, MCC, UPS, DC Charger, Battery Bank and Grounding System
• Perform breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting by Electrical Drawings and Scheme check
• Perform Switching procedure to operate, synchronize and monthly load run test with plant load for EDG Sets
• Inspection and verify following test during Preventive/Corrective maintenance of Motors, LV-HV switch board and equipment such as Insulation Resistance, Winding Resistance, Polarize Index, Hi-Pot test
